Question? What is your view with churches of different denominations getting together for worship?

Answer:

It is CONDEMNED in scripture, the bible makes it VERY CLEAR that unless those churches AGREE DOCTRINALY then those churches have NO BUSINESS in so – called worshiping together.

(Romans 16:17) Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

The Bible also states in Amos 3:3

(Amos 3:3) Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

Of Course the answer to Amos question is a BIG NO!!!

(2 Corinthians 6:14) Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

There have been MANY religious organizations in the past such as Promise Keepers ect that have ploughed the field of compromise and have gotten churches to intermingle together DESPITE doctrinal differences, and this SHOULD NOT be.

We are told to MARK THEM and AVOID THEM according to Romans 16:17 and also not be UNEQUALLY YOKED TOGETHER with those who DO NOT hold to the same BIBLICAL TRUTHS of Word of God – 2 Corinthians 6:14

Billy Graham IS ONE of those who COMPROMISED to become known as the worlds evangelist, it is documented that every crusade that he held in whatever city it took place he WOULD NOT hold one there UNLESS he had the COOPERATION and support of the majority of the churches in that city.

On the surface that sounds wonderful, but what MOST people do not know is that he would use the ministers from those different churches REGARDLESS if they were for example Roman Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist, or Pentecostal ect as helpers to share the Gospel to the people as they came forward to be saved.

Here is the PROBLEM, using various different ministers from different denominations you CANNOT ensure that those people are RECEIVING the right gospel message.

And another thing is that you NEVER have to come forward to be saved NO WHERE will you find that in scripture.

I believe Billy Graham will have A LOT to answer for before God, he may have been the worlds greatest evangelist but he was GREATLY USED by satan to condemn many of souls to hell.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins. the MOMENT you believe(TRUST in Christ ALONE) you receive eternal life.

-Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8

-Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24

-BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9

“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell); but the GIFT(salvation) of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23

IT IS THAT SIMPLE – THE GOSPEL TRUTH
