Question? Is the End of the World soon?

Answer:

If you are referring to the Rapture, THEN YES.

When the Lord Jesus was telling the disciples in Matthew 24:1 & 2 about the Future destruction of the Temple they were bewildered about this and questioned Lord Jesus in V3 about WHEN would the “End of the World” be?

Matthew 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

Throughout the History of Time there have been MANY False Teachers, & Religions (such as Jehovah’s Witness, Seventh day Adventist etc.) that have CLAIMED to have EXACT KNOWLEDGE when the World would End and the Lord Jesus would come back, BUT ALL have been PROVEN FALSE.

The problem with TIME SETTING comes from a WRONG TRANSLATION of the word WORLD in Matthew 24:3.

The word WORLD is the Greek word AION and it means AGE. The AGE the Lord Jesus was referring to was the “CHURCH AGE” the time period in which we all live in now.

When this “Church Age” (Beginning at the crucifixion of Christ on the cross and lasting until The Rapture) ends THEN the Lord Jesus WILL come back TO RAPTURE all believers (all those WHO HAVE placed their faith alone in the Death, Burial, and Resurrection of Christ – 1 Corinthians 15:1-4).

This CONFUSION (coupled by Ignorance and lack of sound teaching of God’s Word) is inspired and fueled by SO CALLED Psychics, Mediums and the like every year THAT CLAIM (Falsely) through Magazine, Newspaper, Television, Internet , and Social Media that DOOMS DAY will happen this year on such and such date and some will even go as far to say that the Earth will be destroyed.

Let me ASSURE YOU that this earth WILL NOT be destoyed, IN FACT the Bible states in Revelations 21:1…

Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

NOTE: Speaking of the Restoration BACK to the PERFECT original state of Genesis 1:1 BEFORE Adam & Eve of the Atmosphere, Space(Universe,Planets, Stars) and the Earth.

Also consider V5 of Chp.21, which states…

Revelation 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

TAKE NOTE of the words “I make all things new” NOT “I make new things” SHOWING there is a difference in meaning and referring back to the RESTORATION of the above mentioned note.

In Conclusion:

If you are CONCERNED about the “End of the World” WHY NOT, Right Now, Believe TODAY that the Lord Jesus Christ went to the cross to Die, and Shed his blood, was Buried, and Three Days later Resurrected from the dead as the Complete Payment FOR ALL your sins and let the Lord WORRY about when the “End of this Age” will happen that way YOU WILL be ready to meet the Lord in the air when the Rapture DOES takes place.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins.

The moment that you do YOU HAVE (at that second and forever) Everlasting Life which WILL NEVER be taken away no matter what.

-Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8

-Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24

-BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9

“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell); but the GIFT(salvation) of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23

IT IS THAT SIMPLE – THE GOSPEL TRUTH
