Question 101

By: Robert Serreyn

Question? Why does God allow babies to die, and children to be afflicted with uncurable diseases?

Answer:

This is one that I APPROACH with great caution and care and to ALL THOSE with DEEPEST SYMPATHIZES, for this tragedy is one that NO ONE wants to have to think about little alone deal with in reality.

Pastors and Ministers alike struggle to comfort a grieving couple who have lost an infant to death or the parent that has a young child that has been diagnosed with a rare and uncurable disease or abnormality.

Why Does God ALLOW human tragedy and seemingly to children the best answer that I can give is this:

(John 9:1-3) And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. (2) And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? (3) Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

The WHOLE PURPOSE to trials, tragedies, and testings is to ALWAYS bring us closer to Christ and for our BENEFIT.

God LOVES children and he stated in Luke 18:15-16

(Luke 18:15,16) And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them. (16) But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

God uses Tragedies, Traial, and Testings sometimes to:

TEST us to see if we will REMAIN faithful so that he can use us in a situation or bless us.

Make our faith STRONGER.

SEE our need for him as our personal saviour.

USE us as an TESTIMONY for others to see to either make them stronger in the faith or for their salvation.

God ONLY KNOWS the answer to the REAL Whys, and How Comes ALL the Lord ask of us is to be faithful and trust him for our every need

(2 Corinthians 2:4) For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote unto you with many tears; not that ye should be grieved, but that ye might know the love which I have more abundantly unto you.

(1 Corinthians 4:2) Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins. the MOMENT you believe(TRUST in Christ ALONE) you recieve eternal life.

-Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8

-Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24

BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9

“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell); but the GIFT(salvation) of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23

IT IS THAT SIMPLE – THE GOSPEL TRUTH
