QUESTION? Can a Women be a pastor / preacher?

Answer: NO

1 Timothy 2:12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

1 Timothy 3:1,2 This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. (2 ) A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given To hospitality, apt to teach.

The Bible IS CRYSTAL CLEAR on who can be and who cannot be a pastor. In Charismatic, Pentecostal, Lutheran, Methodist, Word Of Faith Movement ect, you find that MOST of these churches are DOMINATED by women preachers without ANY REGARD to what the Bible says.

The verse that these women and churches use to try to defend their UNBIBLICAL practice is Romans 16:1,

They try to RATIONALIZE that since Phebe was a servant and since a pastor is a servant of the church their claim is then that since Phebe was a woman that means a woman can be a pastor / preacher, the ONLY thing they conveniently choose to IGNORE and DISREGARD was THUS SAITH THE LORD.

Lets analyze the above three verses.

1. 1 Timothy 2:12- The woman is NOT TO TEACH, or is to usurp(dominate) authority over the man, God INTENDED and MADE the man to be the leader of the home, and to be the spiritual leader of the family.

In Genesis 3:17 God PUNISHED Adam by cursing the ground with weeds BECAUSE he listened to his wife Eve and ate the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil which God COMMANDED them not to eat from.

2. 1 Timothy 3:1- The Word of God says IF A MAN, not a woman desires the office

3. 1 Timothy 3:3- a pastor (bishop) MUST BE the husband of one wife, It is VERY DIFFICULT to be the husband of one wife if you are a FEMALE.

Women have many roles in the church BUT being a pastor or preacher IS NOT one of them that position is God ordained for MEN ONLY.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to known IS Jesus Christ as savior.

The ABC’s of Salvation:

A. Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8

B. Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24

C. BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9

“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell & the lake of fire); but the GIFT of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23

IT IS THAT SIMPLE – THE GOSPEL TRUTH
