Question? Will the Catholic Church be the Great Whore of Rev. Chp. 17?

Answer: NO

I believe that the Catholic Church WILL BE PART of the One World Church that the Anti – Christ (satan indwelt man) will establish during the Seven Year Tribulation Period.

(2 Thessalonians 2:4) Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Those that teach that the Catholic Church will be THE GREAT WHORE of Revelation Chp. 17 quote Verses 5, 6 and 9 as their So – Called GOTO PROOF TEXT that the Catholic Church IS THE Great Whore spoken of.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT – The Islamic Religion has KILLED and MURDERED tens of thousands and maybe hundreds of thousands of people or more since its existence.

What about The James Jones cult in 1978 where 900 plus people drank a poisoned kool aid mixture in a mass suicide.

Or the Jehovah Witness cult organization that DEMANDS that their followers REFUSE a blood transfusion EVEN if theirs or their babies life DEPENDS ON IT.

In Conclusion:

These are Just a FEW EXAMPLES of the MANY CULTS that expect their converts to be willing to or accept death as PROOF of their TRUE FAITH and BELIEFS.

No doubt that the Catholic Church WILL BE PART OF and GREATLY USED BY the Anti – Christ but it will be I BELIEVE absorbed into the LARGER ALL ENCOMPASSING One World Religious System that the Anti – Christ WILL ESTABLISH when he DECLARES HIMSELF TO BE GOD.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins.

-Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8

-Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24

-BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9

“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell), but the GIFT(salvation) of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23

IT IS THAT SIMPLE – THE GOSPEL TRUTH
