Question? What is the Book of Galatians all about?

Answer:

In short the Book of Galatians was written to REFUTE the FALSE TEACHING of Galatianism which teaches You are Saved By Grace BUT you MUST HAVE WORKS to keep your salvation.

The modern day equivalent to GALATIANISM is what is KNOWN AS LordShip Salvation which teaches the EXACT SAME SATANIC LIE that if you were REALLY SAVED you would have EVIDENCE or PROOF of that salvation.

Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

LordShip Salvationist DENY or PURPOSELY REJECT Verses like John Chapter 12, Verse 42 which states:

(John 12:42, 43) Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue: (43) For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.

NOTICE what V42 said: MANY of the Chief Rulers BELIEVED ON CHRIST(him).

They believed that HE WAS the Messiah, God in human Flesh that came as the the Old Testament Scriptures had said that WOULD COME to DIE and SHED HIS BLOOD and PAY FOR their sins on the cross.

But then the Chief Rulers, (TAKE NOTICE)… DID NOT CONFESS HIM (Christ as their Messiah/Saviour).

WHY???

For Two Reasons:

-#1… Lest they should be put out of the synagogue.

-#2… For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.

LordShip Salvationist CANNOT reconcile verse V42 WITH THEIR false doctrine of that a believer must have works to prove or show evidence of salvation, in whereas these Chief Rulers DID NOT and REFUSED to confess Christ as their Messiah before their Peers and Friends BECAUSE they thought of more what MAN THOUGHT rather than what God Thought.

The Bible States:

Proverbs 29:25 The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe.

Those that teach LordShip Salvation would concluded that these Chief Rulers that had placed their Faith Alone in Christ as thier Messiah as unsaved because they would not confess Christ publicly as proof / evidence of their saving faith.

In Conclusion:

Salvation is BY GRACE PLUS NOTHING, a person SIMPLY BELIEVES (Trust Alone) the Death, Burial, And Resurrection of Jesus Christ as the COMPLETE PAYMENT for their sins PERSONALLY, the moment a person does God then gives that individual the FREE GIFT of Eternal Life, the ABSOLUTE RIGHTEOUSNESS (positionally) that he (God) REQUIRES for anyone to enter his perfect heaven.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: (9) Not of works, lest any man should boast.

2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins.

-Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8

-Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24

-BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9

“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell); but the GIFT(salvation) of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23
