Question? Why is there No Chair mentioned in the O.T. Tabernacle?

Answer:

The Lack of any mention of chairs in the tabernacel WAS NOT an oversight but one of MOST SIGNIFICANT truths concerning THE WORK of the Lord.

The work of the priest was NEVER DONE, he could not sit down at anytime, it was work, work, work without ever being finished.

Hebrews 10:11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.

When the Lord Jesus Christ our High Priest came, he made but one offering, NEVER to be repeated, BECAUSE it was finished!!!

Hebrews 10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

John 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

When the Lord Jesus AROSE from the grave and ascended into heaven, he SAT DOWN the ONLY PRIEST that could BECAUSE the payment had been paid and the penalty had been meet for our sins had been completed .

Hebrews 10:12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God.

Romans 10:4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins.

-Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8

-Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24

-BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9

“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell); but the GIFT(salvation) of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23

IT IS THAT SIMPLE – THE GOSPEL TRUTH
