Question 523

By: Robert Serreyn

Question? I wish I had your faith?

Answer:
No you cannot have My Faith, BUT I sure WILL tell you how to have your Own Faith in Christ.
Let me explain. To say “You wish you had my faith” is basically saying just like King Agrippa said to the Apostle Paul in Acts 26:28…

Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.

I TRULY hope that this wasn’t King Agrippa’s FAMOUS last words (the scriptures are silent and we are not told if he believed later or not) , for if they were he ALMOST HIMSELF right into hell upon death.

Fact is King Agrippa KNEW or at lest understood that what the Apostle Paul had told him about Jesus Christ WAS TRUE, but at that time for “Whatever the reason” whether it be BECAUSE OF Power , Prestige, The influence of his peers, or the combination of all three he chose to at that time to NOT BELIEVE and place his trust in Christ who died, shed his blood and rose from the dead as payment for his sins.

My exhortation to you and to whoever is simply is this… Place YOUR TRUST in Christ and his payment alone for your sins JUST SIMPLY BELIEVE IT and that is all there is to it.

Acts 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

In Conclusion:

My Faith WILL NOT save you or anybody else’s ONLY “Your Faith” IN Jesus Christ and his payment alone for YOUR sins WILL SAVE you.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins.

The moment that you do YOU HAVE (at that second and forever) Everlasting Life which WILL NEVER be taken away no matter what.

-Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8

-Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24

-BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9

“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell); but the GIFT(salvation) of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23

IT IS THAT SIMPLE – THE GOSPEL TRUTH
