Question? Can a saved person lose there salvation?

Answer:

NO, Once a person is saved THEY ARE ALWAYS SAVED, just because YOU or I become unfaithful does not make God become unfaithful to his word and to what he has PROMISED US, Everlasting Life -Titus 1:2

In John 3:16 God gives ALL OF US that are BORN AGAIN/SAVED two promises in which He (Jesus Christ/God) WILL NEVER make void or take back. #1- Shall not perish(go to hell), #2- But have Everlasting Life, How long is everlasting life? ANSWER: it is FOREVER.

1 Peter 1:5 says that we are kept (saved) by the POWER OF GOD, not by ours, If salvation can be lost and then regained back then your salvation is really based on YOUR WORKS and NOT BY GOD’s GRACE.

Romans 11:6 says salvation is either by works or by grace it is NOT BY BOTH, it is either one or the other and the answer is found in Ephesians 2:8,9 “For by GRACE are ye saved, THROUGH FAITH , it is a GIFT OF GOD, NOT OF WORKS, lest any man should boast.

Hebrews 6:4-6 is a favorite set of verses for those that TRY to prove a person can lose their salvation, what they fail to understand about these verses is if you have lost your salvation then it is impossible(By OUR Efforts, WORKS, or DEEDS) to get it back BECAUSE Christ DIED ONCE FOR SIN – Hebrews 10:12.

God IS NOT the author of confusion – 1 Corinthians 14:33, WE ARE through our misinterpretation of scripture, Romans 3:4 says “Yea, let God be true and every man a liar”. God does not give us a promise in one part of scripture and then take it back in another place of scripture, this would make God a Liar and Titus 1:2 tells us that God CANNOT LIE.

In Summary:

#1 If you can regain it back, Then it is OF WORKS.
#2 If its OF WORKS, then it is NOT OF GOD but of satan.
#3 If it is of satan then it is a FALSE GOSPEL that CONDEMNS a soul to hell.

Galatians 1:8,9 – READ IT, BELIEVE IT, DO NOT BE DECEIVED!!!

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins.

A. Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8

B. Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24

C. BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16,17,36,47, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, 1 John 5:13

“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell & the lake of fire); but the GIFT of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23
