Question? Did Satan appear as a snake(serpent) like Genesis 3:1,2 & 4 says?
Gen 3:1,2, & 4
(1) Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? (2) And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: (4) And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
Answer: NO
Many have FALSELY assumed that Satan either appeared as or indwelt a snake but nothing could be further from the truth.
This attribute was being used by the Holy Spirit to DESCRIBE Satan’s character, for he was MORE subtil (crafty or cunning)
To qualify that statement lets take a few verses that describe both Satan and Jesus Christ in ways that if taken literally would not make no sense otherwise.
Satan:
1.Great Dragon –
(Rev 12:9) And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
2. Roaring Lion –
(1 Peter 5:8) Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Jesus Christ:
1. The Door-
(John 10:9) I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
2. Bread of Life, Living Bread-
(John 6:48) I am that bread of life.
(John 6:51) I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
A. Satan IS NOT literally a Lion, or a Dragon, ect .
B. NEITHER is Jesus Christ literally a Door, or a Loaf of Bread.
C. These attributes just DESCRIBE their Characteristics.
Satan talked face to face to Eve in his angelic human masculine like form (no women angels exist, that is another invented lie).
All angels mentioned in scripture are ALWAYS describe in human masculine form.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was buried and three days later rose from the dead to pay for your sins.
Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8
Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24
BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9
“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell & the lake of fire); but the GIFT of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23
