2. To EXPOSE False Doctrine and those that teach it. – 2 Tim. 4:2, 1 John 4:1
3. To help others UNDERSTAND the Bible rightly. – 2 Timothy 2:15
The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as YOUR Savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins.
Acts 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
The moment that you place your TRUST ALONE in Christ as the COMPLETE PAYMENT for your sins God gives you two promises in John 3:16 that he will NEVER TAKE AWAY.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
1): Should Not Perish – (go to hell)
2): But Have Everlasting Life
This is what is called ETERNAL SECURITY.
Once saved you are ALWAYS SAVED. no matter what
John 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
