Question? Why do marriages fail?
Answer:
Marriages Fail for many factors, but ONE MAIN reason why so many end up broken is BECAUSE
MEN FAIL TO LOVE THEIR WIVES AS THEY SHOULD!!!
(Ephesians 5:25) Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it.
Men FORGET that women want to be LOVED, APPRECIATED, and more than anything else to be OUR CENTER OF ATTENTION.
Women are SENSITIVE and they want to be told by their husbands and made to feel that they are IMPORTANT, SEXY, and BEAUTIFUL.
The Word Of God states in:
(1 Peter 3:7) Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
The Word HONOUR in the Greek is TIME and it means VALUABLE, ESTEEM IN THE HIGHEST, DIGINTY.
How many times us men have BELITTLED OUR WIVES by the Words we say, by our Actions we do, and our Attitude and Body Language we exhibit.
INSTEAD men WE NEED to be HONOURING our wives and ESTEEMING THEM in the highest, MAKING them feel VALUABLE and DIGNIFIED not like trash or yesterdays news!!!
1 Peter 3:7 states that the Woman is the WEAKER VESSEL, that SIMPLY MEANS in other words that they are MORE Emotional, and Sensitive. There is NOTHING wrong with that, that is the way God made them and Men WE NEED to be ATTUNED to those CHARACTERISTICS if we want to BETTER UNDERSTAND and CONNECT with our wife,
There is a Old Saying that says: HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE.
The Bible states in:
(Proverbs 21:9) It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house.
In Conclusion:
Marriages fail BECAUSE we fail to make them work.
Satan will do WHATEVER to destroy that union or make it as miserable as possiable if he can through OUR OWN doings.
(James 1:14) But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
The KEY to a HAPPY FAIL PROOF MARRIAGE is to remember what the Lord says about a GOOD WIFE:
(Proverbs 18:22) Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.
(Proverbs 31:10) Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
(Colossians 3:19) Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.
Wives if you have a GOOD HUSBAND then show him respect by the doing the FOLLOWING:
(Ephesians 5:22) Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
(Ephesians 5:23) For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
(Colossians 3:18) Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.
(Proverbs 31:11, 12) The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. (12) She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins.
-Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8
-Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24
-BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9
“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell); but the GIFT(salvation) of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23
IT IS THAT SIMPLE – THE GOSPEL TRUTH
