Question? Who are the 144,000 spoken of in Revelation?
Answer:
The 144,000 are mentioned twice in in the book of Revelation, Chp. 7:4 – 8 and Chp. 14: 1 – 5
(Revelation 7:4 – 8 )
(4) And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
(5) Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.
(6) Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.
(7) Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand. (8) Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.

(5) And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.
(2) And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
(3) And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
(4) These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
(5) And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.
The 144,000 are JEWISH MEN who have HEARD and believed the gospel by the Two Witnesses. – Romans 10:17
(Romans 10:17) So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
These 144,000 men, 12,000 from EVERY tribe are sent out into the world to share and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, their mission is to led as many lost people to Christ as possiable during the seven year tribulation period, this will be the GREATEST and LARGEST evanglistic movement the world has ever seen.
The Jehovah Witness CULT origanization teaches that the 144,000 are a special group of saints that are the only ones in heaven and all the rest of the Jehovah’s Witnesses can only hope for is paradise on earth.
The Jehovah Witness CULT organization has made MANY FALSE predictions about Christ return through out its entire existance, they also DENY the existance of hell, the trinity, the rapture and the Holy Spirit just to name a few.
The 144,00 ARE NOT what the Jehovah Witness teach.
the 144,000 are:
1. ALL Men – NO WOMEN
2. Virgins – NEVER had sex, or been married
3. ALL Jews – that EXCLUDES any and all other races
The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins.
A. Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8
B. Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24
C. BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9
“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell); but the GIFT(salvation) of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23
