Answer:
Unlike most bible commentaries which give little to no comment or long and often confusing explanations, Just to keep it simple, Mark 10:15 simply means just like a little child TRUST(rely on completely) on their dad and mom for their safety, providence, and love, adults are to do likewise by simply TRUSTING (rely on completely alone) IN CHRIST ALONE as the COMPLETE PAYMENT for ALL OUR SINS, by BELIEVING PERSONALLY that Jesus Christ died and shed his blood on the cross FOR OUR SINS(Past, Present, and Future).
The moment that YOU DO God gives you 2 promises in John 3:16
#1 – You shall not (will never) perish(go to hell),
#2 – But have everlasting life. BELIEVE ON (trust, or rely on completely ALONE) the Lord Jesus Christ and THOU SHALT BE SAVED…Acts 16:31…
Just a added note about Mark 10:13 Let me point out to your attention the bible says little children NOT infants, BIG DIFFERENCE as to WHO IS being addressed. Those who teach and endorse infant baptism use this verse as proof text WHICH THEY TAKE OUT OF CONTEXT to teach and practice a FALSE DOCTRINE.
Infant baptism is a FALSE HELL DAMNING doctrine that is taught and practiced primarily by the Lutheran and Roman Catholic churches, This FALSE DOCTRINE convinces the person that since they have been infant baptized they are going to heaven when they die, SADLY this is a LIE OF SATAN, the BIBLICAL TRUTH is they are LOST, UNSAVED, and their future destiny for ALL ETERNITY(forever burning in pain, torment ect) is in HELL and later on in the LAKE OF FIRE(where they will receive their degree of punishment for all of eternity)… READ Revelation 20:11-15, John 3:18,36
The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins.
A. Christ DIED for you – Romans 5:8
B. Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24
C. BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9
