Question? Is believing in capital punishment scriptual?

Answer:

YES, the Bible states in Genesis 9:6

(Genesis 9:6) Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.

The MAIN reason WHY our society is so corrupt is BECAUSE the lack of proper judgement levied against those WHO commit crimes.

In Ecclesiastes 8:11 It is written:

(Ecclesiastes 8:11) Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

Capital Punshment is scriptual BECAUSE God is the BIGGEST EXECUTER of it.

Everytime God told Moses and the Israelites to claim a territory God told them to kill every man, woman, chils and even the animals.

READ Numbers 31:1-17

King Saul had been rejected as king and had his kingdom taken away from him BECAUSE he refused to obey the Lord to kill all things that God had commanded. READ 1 Samuel 15:1-23

Another good example is Cain, He was ALLOWED to live to show what happens to a society when PROPER judgement is NOT dealt with correctly.

Cain’s desendants were responsable for building the
Tower of Babel and consenquently recieved God’s judgement of having their languages confused, The Tower of Babel was the first attempt by man to start a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. READ Genesis 11:1-9.

IN CONCLUSION:

Capital Punshment is scriptual, it is the ONLY way to keep society as a whole SAFE from those who attempt to do harm to others, DEATH is man’s GREATEST FEAR, society suffers and becomes aunsafe when we the people as a nation DO CONTRARY to God’s Word and Command.

The MOST IMPORTANT thing to know IS Jesus Christ as savior, just simply believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross and DIED and shed his blood, was BURIED and three days later RESURRECTED from the dead to pay for your sins. the MOMENT you believe(TRUST in Christ ALONE) you recieve eternal life.

-Christ PAID your sins in full – 2 Corinthians 5:21,1 Peter 2:24

-BELIEVE (Trust In Completely) in Christ ALONE as the complete payment of sin for salvation – John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Ephesians 2:8,9

“For the wages(payment) of sin is death (eternal torment in hell); but the GIFT(salvation) of God is eternal life THROUGH Jesus Christ our Lord”. Romans 6:23
